Get ready to escape to the tropics - Tiki Week is coming! We’ll be transforming PINE into a tiki-inspired paradise, complete with festive décor and a one-of-a-kind cocktail menu crafted by the PINE Beverage Craftology Team.

Sip your way through the week with bold, inventive tiki creations like:

  • The Tiki Necromancer – A spirited blend of rum, amaro, pineapple & absinthe
  • Pineapple Drift – Tropical and refreshing with layered rums & bitters
  • Cloud Chaser – Smoky, citrusy, and luxuriously smooth
  • Three Little Birds – A fiery mix of rum, mezcal, habanero & lime
  • The Black Pearl – Complex and bold with pineapple rum, cachaça & black pepper honey
  • Monkey Branch – A nutty, banana-forward twist on island flavor

The celebration all leads into our Luau & Pig Roast on September 4th, but the tiki vibes last all week long.
