Established in 2017 by Caledonia Spirits, the distillers of Barr Hill Gin,

Bee’s Knees Week

is an annual event on a mission to save the bees.  

 

From September 23 to September 29, bars and restaurants across the country serve the Bee’s Knees cocktail, donating $1 for each to a non-profit working to save the bees.

trio of BEE’s KNEES cocktails:

Traditional, Lavender and Saffron.

Available as single cocktails or a flight of three.
